HOW TO ENABLE THESE THEME EFFECTS ON SYMBIAN ANNA / BELLE?

  1. Hack your device using Norton Hack and enable OPEN4ALL and INSTALLSERVER patches fromROM Patcher.

  2. a. For Symbian Anna: Install Symbian Anna Effects Base PKG_SIS_Installer.zip on C:/ (If you are getting update error while installing the SIS package, download Symbian Anna Effects Base Package_manual.zip and extract them in C:/ using X-plore)

    b. For Symbian Belle: Install Symbian Belle 111.030.0607 Custom Effects Base Package SIS Installer on C:/ (If you are getting update error while installing the SIS package, downloadThemeEffectsBasePackageBelle.zip and extract them in C:/ using X-plore)
  3.  Download and move any effects to E:/Effects
  4. Open Settings => Themes => General => Change the Theme from Current one to any other.

  5. Then open Settings => Themes => General => Options => Theme Effects => On/Off. If they are already enabled turn them OFF and then back ON. (Effects must start working, if not, just reboot your device.)

  6. Voila, enjoy awesome theme effects on your Nokia N8 Symbian^3 / Anna / Belle Smart Phone.
How to disable these effects / how to revert back to original effects?
Delete the effects folder from E:/ that you had created on step number 3 and reboot your phone. You'll be back on original pre-installed effects.
